We are pleased that you are coming to our facility and want to make our location as easy for you to reach as possible. Using Birmingham as the central site, simply follow the instructions from the direction of your origin.
North of Birmingham:
From Cullman, Decatur, Jasper, Florence:
I-65 or US Hwy. 78 South to I-20/59 East to I-20 East to Atlanta. Continue on I-20 East to Montevallo Rd. exit (#132B). Right at end of exit ramp onto Montevallo Rd. (1/2 mile). Right onto Montclair Rd.
From Gadsden, Boaz, Albertville, Guntersville:
I-59 South to I-459. I-459 North to I-20 West to Birmingham (exit #132). Left at end of exit ramp onto Montevallo Rd. (1/2 mile). Right onto Montclair Rd.
South of Birmingham:
From Sylacauga, Alexander City, Montgomery, Selma:
I-65 or US Hwy. 280 North to I-459. I-459 North to I-20 West (exit #29 to Birmingham). I-20 West to Montevallo Rd. exit (#132). Left at end of exit ramp onto Montevallo Rd. (1/2 mile). Right onto Montclair Rd.
East of Birmingham:
From Pell City, Anniston, Talladega, Atlanta:
I-20 West to Montevallo Rd. exit (#132). Left at end of exit ramp onto Montevallo Rd. (1/2 mile). Right onto Montclair Rd.*
West of Birmingham:
From Tuscaloosa, Demopolis, Meridian:
I-20/59 East to I-20 East. Continue on I-20 East to Montevallo Rd. exit (#132). Right at end of exit ramp onto Montevallo Rd. (1/2 mile). Right onto Montclair Rd.*
*Go through 9 traffic lights. Medical Park Drive will be the 1st street to the right after the 9th light.

If you use CPAP . . .
Please be aware that CPAP equipment wears out. You should consider replacing your mask, headgear and hoses about every 6 months.
